Although they produce very high-quality products, their budget on marketing and promotion is limited, and therefore it is difficult for them to reach international markets. We want as many foreigners to experience and fall in love with the quality of Japanese products, and promote them to the international stage. This is why we try to keep products easier to purchase by making them tax-free.

However, if you return to your own country it will be difficult for you to receive this follow-up. Therefore, we think it is a fair deal for you to be able to purchase the products at a cheaper price than Japanese citizens.

Q.Do you have a back order service?

A. Yes. Even when we do not have stocks for a certain product, you can still purchase it if it is on the catalog.
We will contact the maker if they have stocks, and if they do, we will back order your product. It may take around a week for it to arrive. Of course, back orders are also tax-free.

A. Yes. We will send the products all over the world. Please put the "charge code" into your cart with product as this service fee is changed based on the weight and the destination.

A1. About Shipment 配送について
Once your order is processed, your purchase will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. To tell the truth, most parcels are dispatched within 24 hours! You'll receive a shipping confirmation mail, which includes information such as tracking number, at that time.
All products are dispatched from Japan by airmail (Japan Post). It will take 3 to around 14 days

発送は注文から基本的に24時間以内、遅くとも2~3日以内に航空便(日本郵便)で行います。お住まいの場所にもよりますが、発送から3~14日以内にお手元に届きます。

A2. About Shipping cost 配送費用について
Shipping costs vary according to the parcel's weight and the place where you live in.
To know how much the shipping cost is, simply add your items to the cart, and shipping charge code choices will be displayed with in the explanation of items. The shipping fee has displayed when you open each charge code page (from A to X) like items. These fees may vary when you want two or items. In case, please see “International Shipping Guide” displayed on our main page, which illustrate how to find the suitable charge code.

A3. About Delivery problems 配送に問題があったら
AIRMAIL shipments : if an order hasn't been received, first check with your local post-office. Please contact us only after 30 days of delay.
We (Japonica Lodge) will not be responsible of the return of a parcel which couldn't been delivered.
お住まいの地域の郵便オフィスにご確認のうえ30日以内にお手元に届かない場合はご連絡くださいませ。
なお、配達できずに返送された場合の責任は当社は負いません。

A4. About Return & Cancelation Policy 
返品&キャンセルポリシー
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven days to return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. Every inquiry must be sent by email to support@japonica-lodge.com. Indicate what you are returning and why. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you're returning. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. Initial shipping fees will also be withdrawn from the total refund value.

お手元の商品が届いてから7日以内ならばご返品が可能です。その際はsupport@japonica-lodge.com.まで事前に返品する商品とその注文番号、返品理由ならびにコンタクトアドレスを明記のうえメールをお願い申し上げます。返品はお客様が責任をもって行ってください。こちらに商品がもどりましたら配送料を差し引いてご返金いいたします。

In case of damaged products, please contact customer service at support@japonica-lodge.com send pictures of the broken item with the order number.

Customers can cancel an order until it is finally shipped out (please contact us as soon as possible). We try to ensure that all product information is accurate and complete, and that the photographs clearly indicate the shape, color and so on of each item. Because orders are shipped internationally, exchanges cannot be made due to customer error, so please order carefully!

ご発送前ならば注文のキャンセルが可能です。

Please be aware that in all cases the customer is responsible for paying Customs fees and for providing any and all documents required by Customs in your country. If the customer refuses to pay those taxes, the package will be back to us. We'll then refund you the amount of the order, after having withdrawn the shipping cost at actual rate that we have been charged by the carrier, and the shipping cost of the return of the package to us.

A5. About Refund ご返金について
Japonica Lodge will refund the customer within two days after having received the items back. The refund will be proceed on the same account that was used for the purchase (or a voucher code, in line with the customer's wish).
